Sleepy Hollow’s John Cho Gives A New Take on The Walking Dead in “Blood Moon”

FOX’s Sleepy Hollow has been a fun ride since the series premiered two weeks ago. We’ve seen Det. Abbie Mills and Ichabod Crane battle a headless Horseman and defeat an 18th Century witch. As Ichabod and Abbie each struggle with adjusting to their new realities, viewers have been treated to watching stories about a variety of supernatural creatures other than the usual vampires and werewolves that have plagued film and television for the past five years. As compelling as their investigation into the supernatural has been, this week’s Most Valuable Actor isn’t one of the lead actors, but an actor who appeared to have only been cast in a short-lived role for the “Pilot” episode. John Cho brings the zombie version of his character Andy Dunn to life in a way that doesn’t make Andy another mindless zombie on television, but one that still has enough of his faculties to realize the crimes he commits are morally wrong.
