Teaser Tuesday: September 1, 2015by E. Lockhart

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of A Daily Rhythm. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

WE-WERE-LIARS“The Sinclair daughters were sunburnt and blessed. Tall, merry, and rich, those girls were like princesses in a fairy tale.”

-p. 7 “We Were Liars” by E. Lockhart

I have heard good things about this one. Are you enjoying it? I haven’t yet decided if I want to read it.

I am! It’s really good. The chapters are short, so the book feels like it’s moving faster than it is. Plus, it’s very mysterious, so I’m dying to figure out WTH is going on. I’m only 60+ pages in, because I’m only currently reading a few chapters a day, but so far so good!
