2015 Reading Challenges UpdateI decided that I would do a weekly recap, and link up with The Sunday Post, which is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ hosted by Caffeinated Book Reviewer, that was inspired in part by In My Mailbox. It’s a post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

around the blogosphere

I’ve visited many blogs this week, and saw a lot of cool end of the year posts. However, I was kind of lazy and didn’t write them down 🙁

life outside the ‘net

This past week I’ve just been taking it easy. Reading, marathoning The X-Files, and trying to finish crocheting an afghan I started last winter. I also helped my cousin set up a website for his church. Other than that, nothing much has been happening in my life, and I have no complaints 🙂

*SQUEE!!*

FOX emailed me last week with this new trailer, and I totally forgot to add it to my “Week in Review” post. I’ve been waiting for this movie ever since they teased it in X-Men Origins: Wolverine back in 2009, and now it’s finally about to be released. YAY!

I haven’t watched much of AMC’s The Walking Dead New Year’s marathon, but I did catch a few episodes. Good thing, too, because I got a chance to see the mid-season 6 trailer. The downside? Waiting for February has just gotten a bit worse 🙁

  1. Hi Tiffany! Ohhh what a cute blog 🙂 Welcome to the Sunday Post! you’ll love it. Great gang of bloggers 🙂 I sent you a GR friend request and I’m following you now on twitter, blogloving and pinterest. I just check your challenges and we have three in common: COYER, Dystopia, and finishing the series. So, I’ll see you soon in all those link up 🙂 Hope you have a great year ! 🙂

Thanks! I enjoy participating in this meme. It’s pretty fun, and you’re right, people are pretty great 🙂 Thanks for the follow 🙂 I’ll definitely follow back!

Yeah, that was the plan, but I won’t make it. I’m finishing season 3. I’ll probably only get through to 5 before the new season. I guess the choice now is to either jump in regardless, or watch the new season when it gets to Netflix. I planned to watch it live, but it’s been so long, I’ve forgotten a lot of what happened. Ugh, tough decision!

  2. Ooh Magruder’s Curiosity Cabinet looks very circus-y! Adding to my maybe-TBR right away. And having nothing happening in life is definitely be a good thing sometimes, so I’m glad you’re enjoying your week of taking it easy 🙂

Doesn’t Magrudedr’s look interesting? I can’t wait to read it! I’ve been enjoying a free week. Especially since I have a lot to do this coming week before I return to work. Thanks for stopping by!

I read a few of the comics years ago, and liked it. I think the comedy levels out Deadpool’s brutality. He’s more of an anti-hero than a hero. I can’t see how the humor would feel off-putting, though.

I was like that when I first learned, but with practice I learned how to make them tight, but not too tight to hook into the loop. Maybe you should try knitting. I actually prefer it to crochet. Thanks for stopping by!

Happy New Year! I love the changes you’ve done with the blog. Deadpool looks really good and I can’t wait to see it. I only watched the first season of Walking Dead and one of these days I have to catch up. I hope you had a great New Year and have a great week (it’s almost the weekend lol).

    • @Angelized_1st

Glad you like the changes. It seems I keep changing it around, but I think I found a design I really love. I can’t wait for Deadpool. It looks so much fun. The Walking Dead is so awesome. This current season has been crazy insane. For a show with zombies, that says a lot. At least the previous seasons are on Netflix, so you can always catch up. Have a great weekend!
