Top Ten Tuesday: Most Unique Book Covers

Posted April 11, 2017 by @Angelized_1st in Memes, Top Ten Tuesday / 13 Comments

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and this week’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is about books we find to be the most unique. Since I read a lot of YA and fantasy, everything tends to blur together. So instead of picking apart books, I decided to list my top ten Most Unique Book Covers. That’s not to say that there aren’t more book covers that should be on this list or even covers that may be better than the ones I chose. Yet, I picked these because these covers are the ones that have stopped me in my tracks as I passed by them. Even though these books have made me pause, there are a few of them that I’ve yet to read. As a sucker for a great book cover, I often wonder if the contents will live up to the packaging.

Aren’t they beautiful! I sometimes pull out my Splintered books just to look at the covers. Amazing!

One day I may actually read the Murakami book, but now I’m afraid I’ve built it up too high for it to reach just based on the cover alone. I need to buy the rest of the books in the These Broken Stars series. One day…

Yeah, The Night Circus is one of the first books I picked up just because of the cover. Since that worked out well for me, I’ve been pretty bold about continuing to do just that. Sadly, It doesn’t always work.

I agree with this statement. I spent a lot of the time confused by The Night Circus.

It’s either a love it or hate it book. I didn’t really get into it too much. Others seem to love it.
