The series, which airs Thursday nights at 10PM on NBC, tells the story of how Special Agent Will Graham first met famed psychiatrist (and famed cannibal/serial killer) Dr. Hannibal Lecter. After Graham kills a suspect in the line of duty, Crawford asks Dr. Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) for his professional opinion about Will’s mental stability.
