American Horror Story Proved AMC Hasn’t Cornered the Market on Zombies

This week’s episode of American Horror Story was a really fun ride. Everyone got a chance to take part in the episode, and no loose ends were left floating around by episode’s end. We got to see two horrible mothers deal with the consequences of their actions in two very different ways. Fiona had to step up as the mother Cordelia always deserved following Cordelia’s assault, and Delphine was forced to face her failures when her daughters returned from the grave. “Burn, Witch, Burn” was zombielicious and featured so very cool camera shots that made viewers feel just as trippy as Fiona high off pills.

The flip side to this is that while Cordy may now be blind, she has acquired psychic abilities, and saw all of her douchy spouse’s crimes. Can’t wait to see what she does with the information. Cordelia has previously come across as the anti-Fiona, but now that she’s scarred I have a feeling Cordelia bring out her inner bitch. (More…)
